We spent half of the day in bed, before we decided to make some delicious pancakes with sugar and jam. Later after going to one of the famous black and white photo booths at Kastanienallee, we spent the evening at Starbucks with Chai Latte, cappuccino and New York cheese cake. Our evening ended with the great movie Radio Rock Revolution / The boat that rocked and self-made super-delicious pizza.

Today we had a wonderful afternoon with a big picknick with our Canadian neighborfriends in Weinbergspark with LOTS of food - Anne made her famous ham-spinach-feta quiche and blueberry muffins and Sabine topped the bill with an incredible and bottomless basket full of stuff (like water guns to tease Josh).

After a nice weekend with shopping, coffee and watching dvds (Saturday), brunch at Zur Rose (with rice pudding for Anne & english breakfast for Sebastian), relaxing at Weinbergspark (on Sunday) we made us Club Sandwiches today (after Sebastian read about Amy’s problem to get a simple BLT sandwich;) ).

For today’s dinner we made us roasted chicken breast spits on Parisian salad, parmesan and a self-made honey-mustard-dressing. Delicious.

Just half a day later, Anne had birthday, so we went to Anna Blume at Kollwitzplatz for a huge birthday breakfast. The table was piled with dishes; enjoying a omelette with ewe’s cheese and tomatoes, the Anemone breakfast with lots of stuff and a cappuccino & latte macchiato.

So right after his return from Krefeld, Sebastian and Anne went to 103 for some drinks and dinner, while watching a thunderstorm outside. Anne had a thai soup with chicken, shrimps and lemon grass; Sebastian had the corn poulard with rice and apricots.

So instead of a special day like another beautiful sunday we had Sebastian’s parents visiting us for a couple of days, which led us to having breakfast, lunch and dinner for three days in a row at different locations like Platzhirsch, Cafe Fleury, Zur Rose, Barist, Weinwirtschaft 28 and finally Focacce from Focacceria today.
